Returns & Exchanges
- We will gladly exchange or return if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for another item or merchandise.
- We accept exchange or return for new, unused merchandise in original condition, accompanied by a receipt and original tags.
- You can request for exchange or return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once your request is approved (which is within 1-2 business days), you have 14 days to ship the merchandise back to us.
- You are responsible to pay for return or exchange shipping.
- Please email us at orders@activogue.com with your request, along with your name, billing address and order number.
- Once we have received your request, we will send you a notification via email within 1-2 business days. Please allow us 2-3 weeks for processing your request for exchange and return.
- Once the product has been received at our headquarters and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payments within a period of 14 days.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise doesn't meet our requirements.
